MuralEye is developed by Jimmy Joe Jenkins, Fort Worth, Texas. By downloading or using MuralEye, you agree to these Terms of Use.
MuralEye grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple Vision Pro for your own creative and professional work. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
MuralEye offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use MuralEye lawfully and only for content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the reference images you load into the app.
MuralEye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a creative tool intended to assist with art and mural work; results depend on your device, environment, and use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
